Welfare and personal development: Pastoral care and academic progress are enhanced in a range of ways including peer support programs, a vertical house system and age-appropriate counsellors who specialise in the needs of girls. Wenona is a non-denominational school with Christian values. Dedicated heads and directors of teaching and learning monitor the wellbeing of each student, along with heads of houses, tutors and other staff including a careers counsellor.
