ROMA MITCHELL SECONDARY COLLEGE


The school opened in 2011 as a brand new multi campus secondary school located in State Sports Park. Roma Mitchell Secondary College is in a unique position of being able to offer a co-educational option for girls and boys and a single sex option for girls on the one site.

Facilities: Double gymnasium and commercial kitchen.

Electives Years 11 and 12: Mathematics, Science, English, Humanities, Technology and Physical Education as well as a range of elective subjects including Dance, Drama, Music, Media, Photography and Art, SACE, Italian, Japanese and German are offered as language subjects. Persian and Arabic.

Sport: Cycling SA, Hockey SA and the Football Federation SA (Soccer) to offer Year 8-12 Specialist Sport programs in Cycling, Hockey and Soccer.

Special features: IB Diploma Program, cycling, hockey and soccer; an Aboriginal Sports Training Academy (SAASTA); a gifted and talented program; international programs; vocational education and training programs.
