Designed to give prospective students a genuine insight into life at Newington, these immersive events provide an opportunity to explore our campuses, meet dedicated teachers and discover how we nurture confident, capable and curious learners.
Our first Take Flight experience will be held at our Wyvern Preparatory campus on Friday 11 September from 8.30am–12.00pm. This special experience is designed for girls currently in Years 2 and 3, offering a unique opportunity to participate in engaging classroom activities, make new connections and experience the warm and welcoming environment that defines Wyvern.
Students will see first-hand how our educators inspire a love of learning while supporting each student’s academic, social and emotional development. Through hands-on experiences and interactions with staff and students, guests will gain valuable insight into the opportunities available at Newington’s Preparatory years campus.
The following week students are invited to attend our Take Flight morning at Newington Lindfield on Wednesday 16 September from 9.00am–12.00pm. Open to students across all primary year groups, this experience showcases the unique character of our beautiful bushland campus and the personalised approach to learning that helps every student flourish.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore learning spaces, meet teachers and discover how Newington Lindfield combines academic excellence with outdoor education, wellbeing and a strong sense of community. Set amongst natural surroundings, the campus provides an inspiring environment where students are encouraged to explore, create and grow.
